➶ by commissioning me, you therefore agree to the following terms:

✧ no refunds/cancellations once artwork has started.
✧ i have a right to turn down any requests that make me feel uncomfortable or requests that i am unable to draw.
✧ i have a right to turn down a commission if the commissioner has shown rude or hateful behavior towards me and my work.
✧ artworks are for personal use only by default. for commercial use, please discuss it with me first!
✧ do not trace, copy, or sell my art.
✧ please give credit when posting or sharing commissioned work online.
✧ i may post the art online in my socials. however, do inform me if you do not want me to share it online.
✧ i may use the commissioned works for my portfolio.
✧ i do not allow my work to be turned into any form of NFTs/cryptocurrency.
✧ commissions can take 1 week to 1 month, depending on the complexity of the request.
✧ do not rush me as i have a pretty busy schedule outside of art (uni). in the event that emergencies come up or i become busy that it will affect my work, i will inform you as soon as i can!
✧ if the commission is not finished 4 months after the start date, i will be issuing a full refund.✦ --- process
✧ payment must be made first! i will not formally start unless the commissioner has paid me.
✧ an invoice will be sent after discussing and agreeing on the commission. deadline of payment will be 48 hours after the invoice has been sent.
✧ 50% down payment must be sent before i start the artwork. remaining balance will be collected after i have finished the work.
✧ no fees will be charged to revisions during the sketch phase. i will only start charging for them after the sketch has been finalized and approved by the client.
✧ i only allow up to 3 major revisions (poses, composition, etc.) and no limit for minor revisions. any more major revisions after 3 will be charged with a fee respectively.
✧ progress photos will also be sent for updates.
✧ please provide reference photos, reference sheets, descriptions, etc. for me to use. feel free to send me as much as you can to help me properly execute the artwork!
✧ once the commission is done, the final artwork will be sent to the client through email.
